Located right downtown which was perfect for me living a block away. Friendly service I showed up 8 minutes early for my appointment and they were already ready for me. I came in on a Saturday around 11. Hair cut was satisfactory.

I have very thin hair and I asked for a trim. I got my hair cut by Alexa and she used SHEARS for "texture" on my thin hair and started to give me a frame even though I specifically asked her not to?!! Used a blow dryer with a teasing comb instead of a round brush?!! I've been growing my hair out to get it all one length for 4 years. Only 4 years left to reach my goal, then...

I got a pedicure and a manicure from this salon. The pedicure was great. They have a very relaxing pedicure station and the staff is so friendly. The manicure was the same in service quality, the professional who did my pedicure was different from the professional who did my manicure. The nail technician who did my manicure was friendly and professional. However, my manicure looked sloppy. She also did nothing for my cuticles, only filed my nails (which I could have done) and painted them (which I could have done). It would have been better had I stayed home and done my nails myself. I'm having a friend re-do my nails because I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and I want to look my best. My bad manicure may be exclusive to the woman who did it, her name is Sonja but sadly she is the owner of the salon. It is a lovely place and I will mostly likely return for a pedicure. But, I recommend asking for Catherine if you plan on getting a manicure.
