They are always there to help you with your laundry. They have excellent equipment for washing your clothes. They make good on functioning equipment and refund your money. The place is always spotless. Great location and easy to get to. Very close to the bus stop.

Ever since the original owners sold the laundry mat it has gone down hill fast. The price of the washers went up and today especially at least 5 to 7 washers and countless dryers were broken. The people working there are rude and unhelpful. I needed a trash bag and was told i had to pay $1, to BORROW a cup for your quarters is a $1 now too. The atm sometimes works. The games in there steal your money and you have to wait three to four weeks to get a refund. Now they are shortening the hours. I have given this place plenty of chances and with all the broken machines, rude employees/owners, they will no longer receive my business. It was a great place when it opened.

As far as laundromats go, this place is clean. Unfortunately the employees are obnoxious. Don't expect them to adhere to their posted hours. Twice I made the 10 minute drive out to find that they were refusing business at the door (with a smirk, I might add). This place would be a dream come true if not for the awful service.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. The hours on the door say 9pm. I went to go put gas in my car while waiting for my clothes to dry and came back and the building was closed, lights off and locked. I paid for two loads of laundry and will have to come back tomorrow and pay for them to dry again. Will not return to this business
