Food was terrible,everything was dry even the desserts. Only thing that was fresh was the fried chicken everything else was most likely leftovers from New Years that's how dry and nasty it was. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because our server was the sweetest lady ever. First time here will never come back. I will go back to Four Winds Casino where the food is great and is not nasty.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait 35 minutes for someone to figure out how to accept our Valpo Chamber gift certificate. No apologies, no sense of urgency after we spoke to a manager who verified that they could be used - we had to wait another 10+ minutes for NOT sure what. Terrible and inconsiderate.

Very small and pricey. Not much going on in poker room. No cash games. Very disappointing.

. Ummm...the point of going to a casino is not to walk around ooohing and ahhhing at the decor, or the bar service, or the buffet, or the hotel. The truth is that people go to a casino to play, not just throw bill after bill after bill into a slot, watch reels spin, and then it's "goodbye" and on to another machine. The concept of GAMBLING is that sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose. The concept of "GAMING" which is what most casinos actually promote, is like a video game on your computer. You are not supposed to care if you win or lose. Trust me, most people are pretty disgusted with the poor pay outs at this casino. Evidently they are pandering to people who just come to eat, play $20 and then stand in line to get a free coffee mug once a month. Not me, brother, not me. That's why I don't come to this place very often.

Stayed for 2 nights. Bed was short sheeted, did not replace items in room, like not enough hand towels, no cups because we used original ones, floor in corners dirty when arrived & dirty when left. Alcoholic drinks, expensive, casino machines !?!?
