I regularly order food from here, and I have not received my full order once without having to ask for the rest of my food. I have literally spent more than $20 on cumulative 4-piece chicken nuggets that I never received, but I took the good home and didn't arrive home and learn of it until after they were closed. Also, they perpetually forget to give me a receipt, so I can't even contact Wendy's to complain.

Lady was nice who took the order and was running the window. Order was hot and correct. Definitely will be back.

I almost always have to wait a long time for food, more often inside than when I'm in drive thru. Staff is usually friendly and helpful as much as they can be. If I'm in a time crunch, I don't try to dine in.

Friendly service and thats about it. Have messed up my order several times, and have had to wait for long periods of times for my orders. 
Decided to give then another try after not eating there in 8 months, BIG MISTAKE! Ordered 3 sandwiches, a fri, and a drink. 15 minutes later I got cold fries, and 2 sandwiches. I let the cashier know and she had a dumbfounded look on her face like she didn't know what to do. After about a minute she finally went over and grabbed my other sandwich and put it in the bag. I left and when I got home all 3 of the sandwiches were wrong. Never stopping there again.
