Bad customer service. I was told to come back next day to see an agent between 9 to 9:30. I waited until 10, he didn't show up, went to talk to front desk lady, she said she didn't know what to do but take my message and have him call back. And it has been a week I didn't get any phone call back. Been trying to call the office number to see if there is agent available, and all of my phone call went to voice mail.
