I just love Mandy as a Dr, but today I arrived for my appointment and have now been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, while 4 people who came in after me were called to the back. Yes I was 10 minutes early for my appointment but the 4 people came in after my scheduled appointment time.
Found out the lady in billing held my folder for some reason, even after I paid my bill. Guess she has something against people paying in cash, wonder since my time is valuable if I could send her a bill for 70 minutes I spent in the waiting room.
But I do want to make it clear that Mandy is a great Doctor, and I trust her with my life.

Mandy is a blessing to us. We no longer have to drive into Baton Rouge for our appointments. She is caring and very reasonably with the amount she charges for services. We are very happy there.

Switched to Mandy's and got excellent treatment and advice. This is the place to go.

I have been calling for the past two day to make an appointment, I have been told 4 times that the nurse would call me back. Each time resulting in no call back. Clearly they are so unorganized that called a new patient back to schedule an appointment is impossible. I have never been to this facility, due to the fact that it's hard to get anyone to do their job correctly!
