The front desk staff seem unfriendly only because they forget to greet people and show a nice friendly smile. Doesn't seem like we're walking into a Dentist office. The back office staff are Awsome. Very friendly, professional and courteous. They would get my 🌟🌟🌟 star rating. Although they lack a little of experience since I wasn't able to get my dental work done on time and my temporary crown kept falling off immediately hours after having it placed that same day. The doctors are great but do need to speed the process of their procedures and the order of crowns. The only reason why I attended this office was because of my immediate need for my dental work. Also because my insurance got switched to a plan without my consent, I was practically stuk but thank God I was able to make a switch and won't have to come here again.

Long wait time.The dentist put a pink paste to numb my gums but she didnt waited for it to make effect. She put it on and injected the injection right away. I also told the dentist that one of my tooth hurt if she can check it she ignored me completely althought. I mention that to her a couple of times.  It was painfull ....she walked out living me sitting with my head all the way down very uncomfortable.  Until a lady that worked there walked by and fixed my chair... The front and back  desk are very nice. Although the treatment worked..

I dread going to the dentist! Buttt I love this place! Been coming here for 2 years,  with my 3 kids. Really nice, clean office. Very helpful friendly staff, Dr. Micheal Ma awesome! Monique the office manager so helpful,  really worked with me to figure out a plan for my son's dental work,  came up with something I can afford. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks guys!

They make it clear that they are not pedodontist. And they show it when it comes to kid, they are just mean and rude. One of the nurse threaten to tight my kid up because it's his first dental visit and he was excited.  The wait is long and they will make you do X-Ray so they can inflate the bill even they have no plan to operate on you.   Most of their staffs seem impatient and just plan rude.  Stay away.

I transferred here from smile west dental and they saved all my teeth except for one - Smile West wanted to remove all my teeth - I have LA CARE MEDICAL
