My husband and I went to Blue Jasper for the first time.  I had seen good reviews and pictures.  First the service was fantastic.  Casey and his associates informed us of the food, favorites which were a lot of them, and they were so attentive throughout our meal.  My husband ordered the Shrimp and grits which he has been longing for, well they were scrumptious and good to the last drop.  I am very particular about my omelets.  They have to be soft and fluffy.  Again the chef came through.  I ordered the Denver and must say this was the fluffiest and most flavorful omelet I have ever had.  The hash browns were crisp on the outside and soft and moist on the inside.  The restaurant is nice.  We are very excited to come back and bring friends.  Looking forward to the egg curry en crute, chicken and waffles, stuffed hash browns, fish and club sandwiches.  The owner certainly knows what he is doing, the food was great but the service and attentive staff will make us continue to come back.  Thanks for a wonderful meal and service.

Stopped in for breakfast. Quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Good coffe. Had corned beef hash, which was crisped just right. Scrambled eggs were fluffy and perfectly cooked. Great service.  If i lived in the area i would be a regular. customer

What a gem.  There gluten free vegan savory pankcakes are delicious. Y husband had these 2 days in a row.  So glad we discovered this breakfast place.  Pretty much returned there the remaining days we were in Bradenton for IMG Academy.

Great food, great service.  Homemade Yogurt that was a bouquet of lavender and so delicious.  They made our items to order.  I came during a slow period, right before they were closing and they didn't rush us out.  I will be visiting again
