They give out a yearly calendar and the 2nd of January was supposed to be the day it's not 11:30 a.m. as I went for the calendar with the free Wash coupons in for every month it miraculously disappeared they're all out already not even noon. And I called all the other places that I asked when they're going to have them they're all claiming that they were distributed in December. Well it was nice while it lasted good luck Blue Kangaroo I do not plan on doing my wash there any longer if you want to be scandalous about your free coupons and just give them to your own kind. You'll see what I mean if you have a peek inside of one of their places. I guess I have to be long to the secret organization now in order to obtain one, that's good now I got an excuse to not go there anymore I'm happy yay happy 2018 and goodbye to Blue Kangaroo.

Yesterday, 6/18, I did my usual Sunday wash here, and used 3 washers, everything came out fine. I separated my wash into 2 dryers, and most of my wash consisted of whites and light colored clothes I've spent MONTHS buying for my kids and I. As a single mother, my paycheck needs to cover food, rent, bills, school, AND clean clothes every week. Taking the free WiFi out months ago was a real disappointment, but what sealed their fate happened yesterday after taking our clothes out of the dryer to discover BLUE INK covering pretty much EVERY article of clothing we own. I immediately told the clerk who, emotionless told me there was NOTHING they could or would do about it. I told her I needed a phone number of someone who could take my complaint, and again was told no, they won't give me a number. I didn't go quietly, however, upon leaving she came to me and offered to wash my belongings in a "special soap" by hand, and then re washed again to try n get everything out. I hesitated, but allowed it because I had no other choice by then. Perhaps, I thought, they may have something not available to me, to remove or mostly remove the stains completely set by the dryer. I came back today as instructed, and just got home to find EVEN MORE of my clothing, previously stain free, now covered in ink, and it appears they only tried removing ink from one shirt, the other items are a bad as before and again, things that hadn't been dried were now stained with ink from a previous customer or child. Kids are allowed to run rampant here, and into other people, kids use the laundry carts like cars, and push each other around in them, creating shortages for existing customers, I've seen dryers with large wood screws sticking out of the drums vent holes. I've been coming here since the beginning of the year, I walk over half a mile, with a huge, heavy rolling luggage bag full of wash for myself and 3 kids ONLY because my clothes come out smelling better than the place across the street. I spend over $30 every single week there, and to be told there's nothing that can or will be done, is a slap in the face to customers everywhere who choose to spend their hard earned money in their establishment. There's no management, and none came to my aid that day. I just tried calling them to inform them about my previously untouched items that are now destroyed, to inquire how THAT happened, and the damn number is disconnected!! Wth! Go someplace that values YOU and appreciates the money you decide to spend with them week after week, month after month, a place where smiles greet you and there's chairs to sit in, a place where kids listen to their parents and aren't antagonizing customers, or running into your heels with heavy laundry carts, that you can't use because 2 kids are riding in them. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE, trust me, you WON'T regret it, like I sure do. It'll take me months to build my wardrobe back up for my kids and I now, but this doesn't have to be you. I have pics of the dryer, my clothing, the before and the after pics and can back it all up. They didn't even offer to give my family a few loads on them, they offered nothing in the way of hospitality, accountability or even sorrow at my misfortune by using their machines. NOTHING! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, which isn't a stretch, really. You've been warned.
