I have never had any issues with the equipment. More times then not, I get my clothes dried in 10 minutes, but never longer then 20 minutes. I've seen some reviews talk about the cleanliness. I have come and seen garbage all over the floor, but that was at 5 am. If you come during "normal hours" it is clean for a laundry place and there seems to be someone there cleaning throughout the day. My 3 star review comes from the customer service and the company ownership. I left a back pack here. My fault. I tried calling all the numbers they have online and no one called back. I went in and talked to someone who seemed to be doing maintenance and they told me they don't have a lost and Found. If they do, then they become liable. I'll continue to come cause it is convenient. I live a block away. Just don't leave anything behind.

This was my first experience here, and although it was a quick one, I have nothing bad to say about it! The prices are decent and there are plenty of washers and dryers, which is good because this place was poppin! I'll definitely be coming back for my future loads!

It's fine, several machines are out of service but there are enough to go around. WiFi isn't great. This place gets the job done

First time here. Nice and clean and quiet in the morning around 8am. Clean machines and has vending machines and a laundry bag machine if you need to buy one.
