Well, I don't know how much other places charge to wash but from what I remember, I guess the prices have gone up over the years. I don't mind though because I only come to wash and dry big blankets that my regular washer dryer can't handle at home. They have a good amount of big washers. They have a range of 3X, 6X, and 8X washers. The smaller the number the less amount of laundry you can fit in one. The 3X cost 3.75, 6X cost 5.75 and the 8X cost 9.00. To me it's pricey but like I said I only come to wash blankets. Other than that I definitely do think it could use some new seats. They seem to have new tables though they look very nice and clean. On a Thursday morning it is a little busy but not too busy where you can't find an available washer :). They are open from 5:00am to 12am. But it does say that the last wash is at 10:30, meaning don't come at 11 expecting you can wash lots a loads that will take you a total of 2 hours because they will probably send you home with your wet laundry.

Very bad customer service.. I came here to wash with my husband (cheap price I will give that a 5 star) but soon when I'm drying my clothes one machine wasn't drying. So my husband put another quarter and when I check the clothes they were still wet I ask the lady in charge and she cut me off because she was on the phone she told me I'm be there.. so I walk away a few minutes she come and hands me a quarter and walks away.. she didn't ask me how much I spend or what. So my husband walk where she was and ask her if she refunded the 2 quarter and she yelled at him saying she gave me the quarter. Well my husband didn't like the way she talk to him so he responded with " what's your name and the managers or company number for complaints". So she told him her name was Maria (No last name) and told him the # was by the wall in the service area. When my husband couldn't find the number he ask her again where is the # and she decided to call the cops. So the cops came and spoked with my husband and to her smile went up side down because my husband is and security officer and and told him the whole story and they walk away... they have this attitude when it comes with money refund.. NEVER AGAIN ..
