Had an issue with an employee. A piece of fabric accidentally got between the door and frame on a huge front loader. The lady came, fixed the problem(I had started the washer) and started to lecture me on the washer. I know what I did, it was accidental! She just would not leave me alone. Then she stopped the machine and asked for my card to "register" it to the machine! Bulls:#! I got my stuff and left-NEVER GOING BACK!

The place smells like sewer. I added fabric softener to the machine and it didn't dispense the Downy. The prices for the dryers are over inflated!!!! I should've gone to bubble land I did two small loads and spent $17 😣

Went here last Sunday because the laundromat I normally go to was full. One of the washing machine I was using was not letting my clothes Sud up with my detergent . I let one of the workers know she told me she would let me use another machine once my clothes were done. My clothes clearly did not smell like detergent at all!! She told me she had to call her manager and the Manger told her my clothes were clean!!! Very unprofessional I would never come back to this establishment. I just never had such a bad experience with such  low down people. I hope this review is helpful. Oh the machines are really expensive. The one on 81st and Pulaski is very professional and cheaper.

used to come here every Sunday morning yhis place has broken machines that don't even suds up. Women working didnt realize i understand Spanish....poor poor laundry mat
