Came into town for a trade show and we always use Ikea to get our furniture. I now wish that every city we traveled to had Blue Bag. We placed our order 3 weeks ago and they were able to get everything we needed with a few visits. We swung in this morning to pick it up and it was quick and painless. Best way to shop for Ikea stuff.

I've used Blue Bag for both my store and home. Exceptional service, professional and always helpful. I definitely recommend them!

I ordered a small series of items to be picked up at Blue Bag. The manager replied to any and all emails I sent promptly and clearly, and helped when IKEA did not have one of the desired items in stock. I would recommend this service to anyone not wishing to drive to Houston or pay the high delivery fee of large IKEA items.

I've used Blue Bag 5 or 6 times with no problem. Once I came 5 minutes before closing on Friday to pick up an item, and it hadn't been put with my other items. The guy at the warehouse let me help him look for it, and when I gave up, he took my phone number and said they'd call if they found it and would be in touch Monday. 2 minutes after I left he called me and found it (yes even though it was past quitting time he kept looking). I don't expect perfection, but effort does matter, and attitude. I've always been treated nicely. Ordering and payment is very simple, and it's a good service to provide. I always pick my things up so can't speak for delivery service.

So far, my order is going fine, and the pricing is fair. There was a minor issue during the order process and the resulting price, but I was given a VERY high level of attention and customer service to resolve it. I was very impressed. I can't give them a 5 because the issue should not have occurred, but they are a new and growing company. The opportunity to contribute to their growth with my feedback was a valuable experience, and the experience allowed me the opportunity to create a more personal bond with this service provider. Before writing this review, after reading their older reviews, and after gaining a better understanding for their challenges internally, I look forward to recommending them more often as they gradually take the steps necessary to improve their level of customer service, logistics, and quality control. If BlueBag held an annual IKEA party in their warehouse, I would love to go. The opportunity to meet the staff and network with the BlueBag customers in the New Orleans community would be a valuable experience, and it would help create a stronger, more personable bond between us all.
