Of course this place is busy! AND You’re going to want to wait. It was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was great. Everyone at our table loved their meal. The coconut pineapple pancake is my new best friend. Thanks for everything.
The atmosphere/dining area is nice, very clean, and charming. The food was really good and incredibly well-priced. Our server Manuel was very polite and friendly too! The ranch potatoes remind me of breakfast potatoes that my mother-in-law makes which was a nice little surprise too. Definitely will be returning and bringing friends!

GREAT customer service! Julio was the best waiter. Very friendly, funny, outgoing and checked on us constantly! The food was delicious and a good price. They got us in quickly and didn’t wait long for our food.
Best brunch ever!!! The menu had a variety of dishes one could choose from. Not only food was affordable, everything also tasted amazing. The portion sizing was way too much for the price. In my opinion. We had the best time;everyone was so kind. PS: there’s usually a wait line, however, it’s only approximately a 5minutes wait. If you’re ever in the Thornton are, this brunch place is not to miss:You’ll not regret eating there.
Amazing food, homemade and very flavorful! The Kale refresher and the watermelon mint tonic from the juice bar are so good. They only do breakfast and lunch, expect a wait on weekends. Highly recommend!
It was my first time at @bluebirdcafethornton. I had the corned beef hash and eggs. It didn’t really seem like there was much potatoes so it was really rich fortunately we had a side of potatoes and that really made it. The hollandaise was really good on top of everything. It was a really good waffle too.
There is always a little bit of a wait but it’s well worth it! They have a good system where you put your name in and they text you to notify. Even though it’s busy the service is attentive and friendly. The menu has so many items and everything we had was delicious— the Parisian eggs Benedict was by far my favorite. We’ll be back for sure!
Food is absolutely delicious, fresh and fairly quick. Various options for beverages and food, super impressed with the vegan menu. Service is excellent, new owner Bishop is so friendly and kind. Other employees seem happy, even singing along to the music. Atmosphere is lovely, lots of tables and comfortable places to sit. Music is pleasant. We’re visiting from Chapel Hill, NC, and we couldn’t get enough of this place. I got the quiche with side salad one day, and it was great. The second time I ordered the breakfast special called the Bird’s Nest Bowl, and wow it was so tasty and filling!! All the ingredients were fresh, including real, ripe avocado My daughter ordered the vegan breakfast sandwich and was so happy with it, she said it was delish!
The breakfast entree I ended up choosing was great, but I'm so thankful I didn't order the specialty pancake as my main dish. We decided to buy it as a 3rd entree to split and I was shocked that we got the one pancake for $11 or $12.
