Jill was great while I was in the process of looking for and booking my vacation. She was very good at helping me find what I was looking for. However, once I made my down payment, I tried contacting her by phone and email 3 times with questions and she never responded. I even had a friend that wanted to book the same vacation. After no response, he booked thru another travel agency. Looks like the good customer service in the beginning was all about the money. Next time I will use another travel agency.  Just hope I don't have any problems between now and my vacation.

Tommy was amazing! Not only was he able to work with my Grandma Initially but he was also able to work with us with his own personal issues (sickness). He always put the client first and was able to be flexible when it came to adjusting for the various deposits. The level of service he provided with our large group of 25+, i know he can do that and more for any size or destination.  I'll be back Tommy :-)

Toby was a great help in finding us the best price for a quality vacation. He was very friendly on the phone and made himself available when we had questions. We highly recommend booking through Toby at BlueSun Vacations.

This was my very first time planning a trip with a trip advisor. Gerardo was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely understanding. Haven't had customer service like that in quite some time. Truthfully I'm sure there were other great advisors as well but I wouldn't trade him. Now going forward I'm planning all my trips through blueSun vacations. Very Satisfied with flight/hotel prices.

Gerado was fantastic! He was patient and answered every question we had multiple times. I was nervous about booking a trip like this but he made everything so easy. If I ever do another trip like this I'll most definitely be calling him again.
