The MTB trails within Bluff creek are among my favorite in the OKC Metro area. There are a total of 4 miles of offroad trail of varying difficulty (easy to moderate) which are usually well maintained. Depending on the time of day or year you can find yourself being able to work up some nice speed on the the trail but given the necessity to make maximum use of the allotted space in the park, there are many switch backs and places that aren't always easily viewable a long way down the trail (particularly in the spring/summer) due to the vegetation. Since it can be a rather popular place, common sense and caution are advised, because you'll be sharing the trail with hikers/runners (sometimes with dogs or children) who you might not respond as you'd expect as you round a corner. All that said it usually good time so check it out!

Great for walks with the dog, family, or just yourself! It's so pretty here. There are a lot of trails that intertwine and you'll definitely get a peaceful experience. They even have a little workout station on the side of the trail! I've never seen that so I thought that was cool!

What an excellent park! This is one of those parks that always seems to have people at it but when I mention it, people don't seem to know it. It's both a hidden gem and well known destination. It started life as a park as a mountain biking area that used to be nothing but a dirt parking lot and lots of trails through the trees. The city fixed it up though and put in several pavilions, a nice paved lot and a large paved walking area. The mountain bike trails are still there and bring a lot of foot traffic. I'll also give away a little secret to those of you who want to hike but don't want to worry about being in the way of bicyclists or even just want something a little more secluded. Park your car and then walk back towards Meridian Avenue. On the east side of Meridian the park continues back for some ways and is off limits to vehicles of all kinds. It's also undeveloped so don't expect pavement or nice signs. It's a nice little piece of wilderness in the city and every time I've been back there I've run across deer. I hope the city continues to keep it undeveloped for those of us who like a little bit more of a wild experience in our evening walks.

Have been going here for years, and likely many to come. The MTB trails are a blast. But please keep in mind these are multi-use trails and be polite to all users!

Gotta love the roots! Tight and twisty single track. About 4 miles long. The soil is clay, so give it at least a solid day today after a good rain.
