Great area accessible to a lot of people, I drove by this place so many times before actually realizing what it was. My husband and I have gone for walks here and really enjoyed it. There are many trails of different lengths depending on your preferences. The trails are well marked and have beautiful sights, especially along the water in places. It has a nice playground for kids as well and plenty of benches for parents. Only complaint is that dogs are not welcome :(

There are different things you can do from taking a nature walk, stopping and looking at the birds or honeybees. There's a long bridge as you cross you can stop look down over the railing and see all the different fish in the river, three are big catfish, carp, perch, lots of different sized turtles!! Right now they're open from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. but the hours will change I believe in April, and those hours are 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. In the Nature Park Center you can see different artifacts that have been found throughout the park.I believe right now it's currently closed due to some remodeling. Martin Park is definitely mine and my kid favorite place to go!!!

A great little park in a busy area. You don't hear the cars. A great little get away especially if you're hanging out at Mercy Hospital a mile away.

“Great get-away in the busy city” We have been to Martin Nature several times. We enjoy walking the trails, enjoying the wildlife and beauty. There are a few other bridges, several "look-outs" and a fascinating little nature building loaded with education for the young and old. If you haven't been, GO!

A nature center with walking trails. The main trail is fully wheelchair accessible. Park is part nature sanctuary, so absolutely no pets are allowed and they do issue tickets. Can be crowded on the weekends but great during the week.
