Bluff park is less a park and more of a nice walk way. You can look out onto the ocean and the running path. There are stairs going down to the beach and you have the museum on one side while Belmont Brewery is on the other. There are usually homeless here but I've never felt in danger. All in all its a nice walk through when you're going somewhere else.

I enjoyed looking at the beautiful homes lined up across the street from Bluff Park. Each has a wonderful view looking out over the Pacific.

Great park overlooking ocean, access to the beach you can bike, run on the paved beach while enjoying the vast ocean view or take a stroll on the sand. Lots of free roadside parking except for Thursday. Very clean, quite and relaxing. Went there multiple times during different times of the day and enjoyed my time.
Beach has clean sand with a paved walk way if you want to bike. Water fountain for drinking and taps for washing sand once you get of the beach.

I live near here and walk the Bluffs daily. Watch out for bicyclists and skateboarders that don't follow the signs. They hog the walkway. The views are spectacular and the fresh air glorious!
