Awesome dentist and staff. From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. Very relaxing comforts such as massaging dental chairs, and TV while you are being worked on. Dr. Babcock is awesome and is constantly making sure you are comfortable. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Love Dr. Babcock and his staff! I've been seeing him for years. He always takes care of me and my husband and is very patient with how picky we are, haha. He doesn't try to over diagnose either - he genuinely wants to help. I've saved lots of money since we started seeing him!! We've honestly never been happier with a dentist! I've referred many people over to him as well and they all seem to love him too! 👍🏼👍🏼😃 You won't be disappointed! 😉

All aspects of my visit were excellent. Setting up appointments was an ease. Upon arriving other than filing our initial patient paperwork I didn't spend any time in the waiting room, I was quickly taken back and never spent time waiting. All hygienists, technicians and the dentist were very friendly. They even played with my 2 year old daughter while I was having x-rays taken. The facility is up to date and is located in a convientient part of town for my family. Equipment used was high quality (the chairs even had massage mechanisms). The dental advice given well explained and relatable to my every day dental routine. I look forward to a long time relationship with this practice.

Great Dentist and facility. The staff seem to legitimately care about you. They have been straight forward and accurate in their assessment of my family's dental needs.

This is a beautiful office with friendly staff. They seem to be very family friendly. However the reason for this low rating is simply due to the level of care I felt I received overall and especially my last two visits. I needed 3 fillings and a crown. On one of my filling visits the assistant apparently jammed something that was supposed to go in between my teeth backwards. How do I know that? The dentist pulled it out (looked like it had a chunk of bloody gums on it) and showed it to her and chastised her for "putting it in backwards" in front of me. The only explanation for this is perhaps that they thought the Netflix I was watching was loud enough that I would not hear. I don't know. On my last crown visit, I told this same dental assistant that the area where my temp crown was felt weird and I thought that perhaps I had ground my teeth during the night and swallowed the temp crown in my sleep. I expected her to check and thought she did. She explained that it should not be that big of a deal, but that it would only have been an issue if I had "inhaled it." She attempted to put my crown on and was apparently struggling at which point she dropped that crown down the back of my throat. I immediately started to choke. I tried to breathe and felt like I could not. I shot strait up with difficulty because the chair was still all the way back. I put my hands to my throat and tried to hack out the crown. I don't know how long it was but it felt like forever. I finally hacked/cough barfed the crown onto the chair. No one came to help to see if I was ok. I was in shock. I was mad. I was scared. When the dentist DID come in he made a joke, "So hows that gag reflex treating you?" I thought, "seriously!?" - I found my voice enough to say, "I guess I can understand why you trying joke about this, but in all honesty, my throat REALLY hurts. I was literally chocking on it." There was no response to that, no I'm sorry you had to experience that. He simply proceeded to tell me how important it was I floss this area. There were a few other issues, but the final straw was when he went to put the crown on, he asked the dental assistant if she had removed the "temp" she said yes, but when we got in there he said, "no it's still here" he pulled it out and it dropped to the side of my mouth making me flinch because of what I had just experienced. I cancelled our remaining appointments because I do not feel safe in that office. To be fair my only experience was with that one dental assistant, but we will not be going there ever again.
