I received a gift certificate and lost it and then found it after the expiration date. I figured I would try to redeem it and I let them know right away that it was expired, before any services were rendered. The man I spoke with was very rude and told me it was my fault I lost the gift certificate and that I could only use 50% of the value, even though he kept the entire purchase price of the certificate. He told me "business is business" and that he didn't have to let me use any of the certificate since it was expired. I walked out and told him he lost a customer. Guess what.... it's actually ILLEGAL to put an expiration date on a gift certificate. Good luck with your "business." Wonder what the Better Business Bureau would think of this...

So went to get a mani pedi. Can't complain about the manicure itself, cannot complain about the pedicure and the reflexology massage that came with it. What I can complain about is that they suckered me. Got $90 out of me because I chose to just have the tips of my nails painted. They consider this French Tip which of course I was not told that was more expensive. NO ONE TOLD ME. So here I am expecting to pay $65 and they hit me for $90. I will never step foot back in Blush Beauty Bar Nail and Spa in Morris Plains, NJ.

I love this place. they have a very talented and friendly staff. make you feel like a princess and I alway leave there relaxed and pampered. they also have wonderful specials.

They do good mani/pedis but I stopped going here because the owner is very pushy and pretty rude. She would not leave me alone when I declined a $120 facial after she insulted the clarity of my skin. She even retrieved my phone number from a previous appointment and called me several times trying to get me to spend more money. Needless to say, I was pretty offended.
