I walked into Paradise Total Spa and Nail hoping to have a nice relaxing time with my daughter. It could not have been better. We were welcomed warmly, offered something to drink and a snack, and helped in choosing a nail color. The ladies who did our manicures and pedicures were kind and friendly. They spent a lot of time with us, and their work was excellent. We chose regular nail polish, but it looks like our nails were done with gel polish. I especially liked how much time they spent on massaging my feet and calves. They were aching before I got to the salon but felt much better just a short time later. Not yet ready to leave, we decided to get a 10 minute chair massage. It was outstanding. I spoke to the woman doing my massage about how she liked working there. She could not say enough nice things about the owner, Ann. She told me that Ann was a very kind, fair, and caring boss and that she had never worked for anyone like her. Beside the great service, the salon is beautiful, extremely clean, has many services to offer, and is affordable. I highly recommend Paradise Total Spa and Nail.

What an amazing day spa!! I came in here for a full spa day. I was amazed from the moment I walked and I was sad to have to leave. I received a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. The whole process was incredible from start to finish. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I wasn't rushed or left waiting, every transition was so smooth. All of my services exceeded my expectations. I'm new to the whole massage and facial experience, but it was honestly so amazing. The tech was knowledgable and walked me through the entire process. Afterwards, my skin had a glow and felt so soft . The manicure and pedicure were absolutely the best I've ever had. I felt truly pampered! The facility was gorgeous and spotless, it looked brand new. The receptionists and technicians were all super polite and accommodating. Overall the service was spectacular!

Having been going to the first Paradise Total Spa in Randolph since it opened years ago. Service is always good and the pedicure lasts for almost an hour.

Great experience. Jane did my mani and was friendly. Facility was modern and clean. Everyone had a smile. I highly recommend them.

Ann, the owner knows how to run a business! I have been a customer for years and always have left happy. They are the best in the area, and I have been to others to compare. There is no comparison. From facials to massage, the best!
