Can I give 6 stars?! Blush is an awesome place to get a great workout. With exceptional instructors, a beautiful atmosphere, a variety of class times and styles, great prices and a positive and encouraging community, I cannot recommend this studio enough. 

I started attending Blush when I was pregnant and had never taken a barre class, or yoga sculpt class before. All of the instructors were very knowledgeable about what modifications I should do to stay safe while still getting a great workout in. The barre classes are just the right mix of challenging and fun and the yoga classes are a great way to recharge for the week while getting some good core exercise. I've also taken the Pop Pilates class which was a really fun time with great upbeat music and moves that definitely made me "hurt so good" the next day ;)

Overall, Blush is fantastic. It doesn't hurt that the owner also offers some super cute and affordable clothes!

It's small but a nice place to do YOGA - Instructor (cant remember her name) was probably the best part!
