Hands down the worst Einstein in town. I stood at the register for 5+ minutes before an employee acknowledged me. I only saw two employees but there was only one other customer. Terribly slow service once they do acknowledge you. Because the service is so unbearably slow with 1 customer you will find a line of no less than 20 people on the weekends and will wait 30 minutes or more to get a bagel. Not worth the headache. Avoid this place.

Definitely stepping up their game. Behind the counter there's a blond bun and multi colored long dark pony tail just rockin it. Never seen this place move through orders so fast. Well done all!

They are always out of at least half the bagel flavors - and this is at 10AM; not 10 minutes before they close! The other nearby locations seem to have figured out how to properly manage their bagel supply but not this one. I won't go here anymore. I drive past them and 10 minutes up the road to get a decent bagel.

Not cool of the management not to have enough people but the employees that were there were doing an incredible job, managing the crazy amount of people that were inside the restaurant. Working under pressure is never fun. But your employees did an amazing job!!!

Very polite employees, but severely understaffed and poorly managed. Long waits, coffee empty, orders confused. Avoid peak hours. Show up early and you should have a better experience...
