I'm not sure if my experience was laziness, or pure incompetence, but I needed the bank teller to print a copy of a deposit slip for me from a few weeks back. The look of confusion by the bank teller said it all. She was not sure what I meant then proceeded to go ask the managers, after she asked the manger she then told me that they could not process my request, and if I wanted to wait to talk to the manager becasue they were in an important meeting "and it will be a while". So I left and went to the BMO on 17th and Cermack, they ended up doing what I needed in a matter of 5 minutes.
