If you like waiting for hours, this is the bank for you. Also, the bankers are not familiar with opening account. After 3 hours of waiting and filling out forms they asked for, they told me they couldn't help me. Went to the LaGrange branch and they opened the account within a half hour and told me the forms that this branch made me fill out were not necessary.

Chase Has The Worst ATMs Not Sure if its all Loacations or just Broadview IL. SIMPLE TRANSATIONS GO BAD.THEN THEY FREEZE YOUR MONEY EVERYTIME BECASUE OF A ATM ERROR!
BANK SOMEWERE ELSE IF YOU DONT WANT TO CALL A INDIAN THAT TELLS YOU YOUR TRANATIONS IS UNDER INVESTIGATION HAVE FUN WAITING FOR YOUR MONEY

Always greeted by someone very courteous staff. Esp the personal bankers!!! Love their service

The worker are inside at 8:40am. It should be open at 8:30am. Taking their sweet time to open. Finally open at 8:45am, they are not ready, don't care much about helping anyone, usually they fill out the withdrawals slip. She try to gain more time sending me to go to the table and dill out my own slip, of course I will loose my turn and have to start the line again. 
Please do something Mr. Morgan.
