My carpets were terribly dirty and spot stained. Jake came to our house and I was totally impressed with his thorough care in cleaning them. It went above and beyond the required cleaning and by the time he finished, the carpet looked new! I couldn't believe it! Professional, high quality and great customer service. I have used BMS carpet cleaners for about 20 years.  I have used them for my office carpet cleaning as well as at my home.  They have cleaned carpets, furniture and area rugs.  Their work is very professional and their prices are quite fair.  I have always been completely satisfied with their work.  They try hard to work with times that are convenient for me.  I would highly recommend them to anyone  looking for quality service.

BMS just completed another fantastic job on my carpet!  I have been using BMS for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with their service.  Barb is so friendly and her and her husband have provided services to the Gallatin Valley for over 35 years.  Their staff is always very professional, courteous  and most of all, always get my carpet super clean!  Can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been working with BMS carpets for 16 years and we would highly recommend! My husband and I have four dogs and two cats...need I say more? Dirt, mud and stains are common in our house, after a dig in our garden or a hike in the mountains, our dogs strut into the house leaving muddy paws everywhere. On top of that, we have experienced diarrhea, cat puke and the  training of puppies. Lets just say our rugs and carpets get a work out! So of course BMS carpets is a part of our team to tackle all of our pet messes! BMS has done a spectacular job for us cleaning everything from wall to wall berber wool carpets, area rugs, oriental rugs and couches and we have been thrilled with their work every single time. I call them up, they fit us in to their schedule immediately and they have a quick turn around with even pick up and delivery services which is key with our busy lives. We highly recommend BMS, they are a well established, quality conscience company that always provides the best service. I don't say this lightly, I have owned a service industry business for 24 years and they  are all about service that wont disapoint.
