I went to the bmv to get my kayak registered. I got there around 3:30 knowing that they closed at 5 so I would have plenty of time. I waited for about a half hour for my turn and when my number got called I went up to the desk. I told the woman that I was there to register my kayak and she very rudely told me we stop doing boats at 4. I looked at my phone and it was 4:02. I understand if their computer systems won't let them continue to do boat registering after a certain time but they should have it posted so other people don't have to waste their time as well. It would also be nice if their staff wasn't so rude about letting the customer know about this policy, especially after an inconvenience like that.

This DMV offers friendly and professional service. I've never had an issue while I was there.
