fter visiting three other BMW My experience here has been amazing, the service and quality of the sales team here are exceptional. First of all, James was extremely patient and diligent in making sure we found the perfect car for me. We did a test drive on a few cars and came back the next day before closing time to get our baby m440i cv and absolutely in love with her. James guided us smoothly through the whole process and stayed with us after hours to make sure we are happy. On the next time we came back to get the detailing done. My experience at McKenna was beyond amazing, top to bottom.
Without doubt stepping in the McKenna BMW showroom was a great experience, ending in getting a 4 series 2022 gran coupe. Patience, politeness, genuine care and guidance both in technical and financial aspects of my purchase were significance of this awesome team.
Had a great experience the moment I walked into this dealer. It even started before then when I submitted an online inquiry and the Sales Manager Duc Nguyen reached out and was very helpful. At the dealer I was helped by Bri and she provided friendly service and very accommodating. Even the rest of the team that were not helping me directly were very friendly as well, all natural and not forced in any way. The other manager Terry is also great and knowledgeable.
McKenna bmw is AWSOME! I bought my first car in October 2023 bmw 430i all staff was great but Erick Lopez he’s the man!! I’m 19 and treated me very well got me a great deal too ! Unlike other dealers who judge they provide they best service. It continues though I just went back yesterday January 11 and well I got another car with Erick !!! 2023 bmw 330i These deals he gives are too good to pass up! McKenna bmw is the most recommended dealer! Let this be the review that makes you want to go and talk to Erick you won’t regret it.
My car is currently getting serviced at this very moment. I called parts asking about availability on a part which is the right body turn signal for my 750li the guy who sounds middle aged took over the phone while the other guy was helping me basically yelling at me and telling me that that car which is my car doesn’t Have a right body turn signal all I wanted was if they had it so I can buy it I told him I know my car and that it does indeed have it and he told me “don’t talk to me like that”. If your young these people don’t respect and treat you good. I will put a picture of the turn signal I was talking about. He shouldn’t be working there if he can’t comprehend what a right body turn signal even if that’s not the exact name he should have an idea of what it is or trying to help me instead of yelling and telling me that I don’t know what I’m talking about and him telling me don’t talk to me like that.
I had an easy, pleasant experience leasing a BMW from Catherine. She went above and beyond to find the right car for me, was super flexible with my busy schedule, and I was in and out in under an hour thanks to her preparing all the paperwork in advance.
I went to McKenna BMW in Whittier to purchase a 2016 X1 Xdrive 28i. I was trying to stay in a monthly budget and was negotiating with the sales manager who came across as really not caring wether or not I bought the vehicle. I asked if she could come down on the price because I wanted my monthly payment in my budget, she said no. So, I came up with more down 3 different times. I than asked if she could get the interest rate down a little bit more she no and that she could sell the vehicle at auction and make more money. I thought the goal was to sell a vehicle and make good business relationship's for repeat business, maintenance service and/or word of mouth. I also wasn't told about the ceramic paint protection on the used vehicle for $1300+ until I got into finance; why do that to a customer? Tell the customer up front. It's just wrong to do that. No services will be performed at this location and will not recommend buying from this location. To be honest, I'm disappointed and wish my experience was better.
Kevin the supervisor for BMW is so rude after me explaining to him that I have taken my car to have moon roof fixed and it’s eventually not fixed and I want a know what the problem is why can’t they fix it he has nothing to say but that I have to go without a car for the next 5 days. I then asked for a loaner and straight out said he has no cars and nothing he can do about it. I always had Toyota and Honda’s never had a single problem never again bmw sucks when it comes to customer service and fixing your car they leave it the same doing a Mickey Mouse job.
Good but not perfect. Sales personnel pretend to be nice and courteous until you tell them that you have already bought the car, then conversation becomes one way: you ask they ignore. Atmosphere is good only because of beautiful new BMWs.
I drove 2 hours to see the car we wanted. JT was great! He is an expert on all things BMW. He taught us all about the car. He listened to our wants and communicated in a way that landed. JT and Duc made the car buying experience painless. I loved that they gave us digital copies of all the signed docs. My wife and I look forward to buying our next BMW from McKenna.
