The BEC with avocado wasn’t good; the crepe made up for it. The avocado tasted like the sabra pre-made guacamole.

The first CBD infused coffee shop in Connecitcut! I never experienced CBD infusion before and honestly its a bit life changing. My focus is up and my nausea is down. The Breakroom SoNo not only has the best espresso and coffee in SoNo, it’s an incredible place to work. Chill vibes, delicious breakfast sandwiches on Portuguese muffins, and access to Italy’s finest coffee perfectly prepared by expert baristas. Honestly SoNo is lucky to have this gem. Remote life just got better!

I stumbled upon The BreakRoom on my way to another coffeeshop, and I'm so glad I stopped! The coffee and crepes were INCREDIBLE, and the staff was lovely.

I like this place. Good small food options for breakfast and lunch. They have a cool vibe. The coffee was surprisingly good. And I saw that they have hookah at night. Cool spot.

My husband I and stopped by this place on our way back from a restaurant. We are so happy we came in! Great cafe with a cool vibe, live music, and nice food selections. We will be coming back!
