We were interested in checking out Lexus after a couple decades experience with Toyota.  We were referred by a friend to a sales representative who happened to be off on the day we visited.  As a result we were introduced to Jayme.  We had a pleasant experience dealing with him, with the result that we are now the happy owners of an RX450h.  We are really enjoying it.

We just purchased a new Lexus GX and are very happy with our experience at Lexus of Peoria.  This is the third Lexus we’ve purchased from them, and we will be back when we are ready for our next new car.  The service department is always great too!

Very disappointed with Lexus of Peoria. Just bought a car from them, paid in full. Within 40 days after purchasing the vehicle, I find out the battery is bad. They told me my warranty didn't cover it and they couldn't do anything about it. I felt I was taken advantage of because of my gender and I felt ignored. I would NOT recommend buying from these people at this location. I feel they didn't respect my purchase and I feel they are dishonest about their products. I was also more knowledgeable about the vehicle than the sales guy was. I told him things about the car he was unaware of. I rank Lexus of Peoria VERY LOW and will not be purchasing any vehicles from them in the future.

Scott is a great salesperson. Extremely knowledgeable and caring. My entire family now only buys from him. Justin was great with paperwork and made sure we understood what we were signing. Bill is very friendly and appreciative. Becky made sure we had no questions about the functionality of the vehicle before we left. All in all, the staff here is excellent and genuine. I also love the free car washes and amenities. Thanks, Lexus of Peoria!
