Loved my car buying experience at BMW of South Albany and really amazed with the services we received. Jason and Jay - you guys were extra ordinary. You guys are knowledgeable, responsive and caring.  These two people made sure everything went smoothly. 
In past decade, I went through so many car dealers but never experienced this kind of amazing services that I witnessed. I would definitely recommend Jason/Jay as well as BMW of South Albany to potential BMW buyers.

I have had my BMW in other places but this dealership by far had the greatest service! I made an appointment and they had me in as quick as possible. On top of that they notified me on everything I needed to get done while I was there, one of them being a recall that I never even knew about !  The service department was very friendly and compliant, I couldn't ask for a better service.  
Washed the body and wheels very good as well when they were done ! Always a major plus for me ! Thanks guys- Mike D

BMW of South Albany is by far the best BMW dealer i have ever worked with - everyone is friendly, professional and best of of all, always goes out of their way to exceed expectations.  I tried working with another in the area a bit further south and each and every time the work was not completed or below expectations and each time offered a free car wash as an apology - who cares about a free car wash???  When I finally tried BMW of South Albany it was such an amazing breath of excellence. I can't say enough about the positive buying and service experiences.  If you're in the Hudson Valley, these folks are absolutely worth the trip!!

My husband and I would like to sincerely thank you for your exceptional Communication,Diligence in reaching out to us and Expeditiously servicing Jean's BMW X5 in a timely manner. The vehicle is running smoothly now and this was possible in a matter of just a few hours all in One Day!.....,Customer Service Satisfaction is what you can expect from South Albany BMW!

I have been a loyal customer for 13 years because everyone is so professional and also take a personal interest in their customers. I especially want to thank Casper, Bill and Brian for helping me get my new 4 Series coupe today!! The drive home was awesome. Thanks, guys.
