Although I have no issues with the vehicle I ended up purchasing from BMW of Stratham, the same can not be said for the quality of service at this dealership. From the first interaction I was less than pleased. I found the X1 I wanted online, setup a test drive and headed out to the dealer. When I got there it took the salesman about 15 minutes to find out the car I was scheduled to drive had been sold the week before. So he decided he wanted to show me an X1 he had brought in on trade 3 days before. He couldn't find that car either. We took another X1 for a test drive, to the gas station to fill it up, then to the service center they use to certify their vehicles. Still couldn't find it. At this point I am ready to walk out and buy elsewhere, but they eventually find the car and make me an offer that was extremely good. However it still needed to go through the certification process so I said I would be back on Saturday to pick it up. Part of the deal was to order roof rails for the car, which he did. My salesman wanted me to call before I came out so he could be sure it was ready. I called Saturday late morning and left a message. No call back. I called again, and called his cell phone. No answer. Finally 2 hours later I called to leave a message that I was just going to come out. (Dealership is 30 minutes away). So I showed up, they got the car ready, I took it home. Still no roof rails but salesman said he would ship them to me as soon as they came in so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back out. A week passes, no word from dealer. I call my salesman, no answer, no call back. I call the parts department, they have no rails in stock or any on order, but hold on, lets ask the salesman. They come back and say they will be in on Monday, on a truck same day and I will have them Tuesday. Wednesday arrives, I still don't have rails so I call my salesman. Still no answer, no call back. I call parts, they tell me they are here, sitting behind him, but no-one put a name on them. I tell them I will come right out to pick them up. Finally get my rails. A few days later I realize I left 2 of my leashes in my trade-in (I leave them in the truck for vet visits) and the dealer either never found them or never made an attempt to tell me they had them. If I end up buying another BMW I will NOT buy from BMW of Stratham. BTW, after over 2 weeks of ownership I have had no follow up at all from BMW, dealership, or salesman. Even Ford dealers follow up.

Been bringing my car in for service here and have had no complaints so far! Knowing that the work being done is by certified BMW technicians. Work done in a timely manner plus complimentary vehicle wash and vacuum. I would come back for future services.

I dealt with Jason in the service department. He made sure everything was perfect with my car and gave me a loaner to drive while mine was in the shop. He also made sure I got the best price for the new tires I needed. I would highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service received today My service tech was very welcoming and professional. I have always appreciated the service and attention received when i visit the BMW Statham location. Also the facility is always clean. Great job by all. Thank you. Helen D

Great dealership, great sales reps. I bought a new X3 in May 2016, came back and bought a used 328 Oct 2017. Service department is top of the line.
