Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean, the staff and new owner were very nice. Food is delicious and fair price. I don't normally leave reviews but this place has new ownership and it shows it.

Today my husband and I came to this bagels Cafe for our brunch. We got ultimate breakfast on our choice of bagels. The forgot to put bacon  in both of our Bagel sandwich and when I told them about it, the service was quick to respond and they  re-made us 2 new Bagel sandwiches that had bacon . Good service  friendly service  delicious food and coffee. I'll come back again.

The place is nice and the bagels taste okay but they are small, dry, hard,  and they put barely any cream cheese on it. You have to ask for extra cream cheese.  Good thing they didn't charge me for that.  I went twice but I probably won't go back.

Drove all the way to the city of Cypress for other matters and happened to stop by and find this bagel stop. ITS THE BEST! My friend and I ordered a bagel each. Toasted and with cream cheese. They put the exact amount of cream cheese, it was toasted perfectly and it was the right size of bagel. Not too fluffy, etc. It was SO GOOD, i ordered another one! Too bad I live far... but OMG THE BEST!!!!! The owner was nice too. Met him!

Bagels were small and dry. Barely any cream cheese. Overly toasted. No salmon schmear??? It’s not just this place though. The bagel joints in West Garden Grove and Cypress are all awful!

Been coming here since it was called Bagel Lady, Love this spot! The ultimate bagel sandwich everytime

This staff is always super kind! The food and drinks are delicious. And despite what one Google reviewer says, the associate named Scott is not rude! In fact all of the employees are friendly and follow proper procedures to maintain safety for us customers :
