We ate there today and I have never had such terrible service. Our server was Kimberly. She took my menu from me before I was even done ordering because she was in a hurry. She brought the food out (cold) with our ticket and I heard her tell another table that she was going on break but she said nothing to us. Not a single person ever came back to our table. We had to ask a hostess for a box after waiting 20 minutes and we never did get a drink refill so for half of our stay, our glasses were empty. On top of that, there were ants crawling all over our table. I have never said this before about a restaurant but we will never, ever be back.

The service is sometimes great. They got rid of appetizers which I am upset about. But food Is always great

Not impressed at all. Food was cold & service was poor. Been here before & the food was good. Hoping they were all just having a bad day because I really like eating here. I will try again and see.

The meatloaf was recommended. We were told we could have gravy instead of barbeque sauce. Food finally came. Vegetables were good. Meatloaf had barbeque sauce instead of gravy. It was not good. Waitress apologized for no gravy, offered to get us a side dish but by that time it was too late. I scraped off the sauce and managed to eat mine. My husband left his. Neither sauce or gravy could have helped it. We told several employees it wasn't good, no one cared. It will be a very long time before we go back there.
