I loathe that this is the only way to get Pizza Hut delivered in Pekin. We have started ordering carryout from the Bartonville store because then at least we are getting good Pizza Hut pizza. The service there is rarely helpful, they once brought a pizza that not only wasn't fully baked, but it wasn't even sliced. To top it off, they have been out of pepperoni twice when we've tried to order. What kind of a pizza place runs out of pepperoni?!

I hadn't realized my online order had not gone through when I went to pick up my pizza. The worker rang in my order and gave me the online deal I had planned to use. I was very thankful because I was ordering the food and drinks for several of us that were at the hospital waiting on news of a family member. I had my order in 15 minutes.

I ordered online got it quick opened box pizza looked burnt and it was cold didn't look like it does on tv that's for sure Peoria Pizza hut 100 time better than Pekin but I live in pekin

Ordered one pizza online, wait time said 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to see if it was on its way and they told me it would be an additional 45 minutes. I ordered at 11:15 at night, they were saying my one pizza would get here at 12:45AM. I live less than 5 minutes from Pizza Hut. Rude rude rude guy named “Michael” answered my call when I called and cancelled it. Moral of the story; they don’t look at their online orders. I used to be a delivery driver, I would take anywhere from 1-10 orders at a time. Plain and simple, It doesn’t take an hour and a half to make and deliver one plain cheese pizza. Ordered dominos instead and they had it here in 20 minutes.

Good pizza. Had a problem with them losing my order, but they made it right by giving me a free pizza on my next order.
