The food was horrible. I don't understand what happened. It used to be good food. Corn was cold and the chicken had 0 seasoning. No salt or pepper. Someone took a chicken breast and slapped it on the grill and that was all. The meal was almost $12. The only thing I can see that they do good now is the potatoes. Even the fried chicken wasn't right. I don't know what happened but they need to step their game back up. Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Tuesdays after 4:00 p.m. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking spaces is right in front of the door.
My kids and I have been coming here for years. It used to be fantastic, with great friendly service. Our last few visits have turned that around. With servers that only come by to drop off food and the check, it leaves much to be desired, especially when I have to track down people to just refill drinks.
My eggs weren't cooked the way I asked for. And the biscuits and bacon weren't completely done. But I just let it go because the waitress a young girl had already gotten yelled at by another table and was already upset to the point of where she was crying. Overall it was pretty good.Food: 3/5
Jack/Jake, the manager on duty for the night my girl and I came was awesome man. She had Google Pay and I had left my wallet. Jack, was kind enough to comp the meal for us, almost instantly with a complete "no worries, I fully understand" rebuttal and vibe. His demeanor was genuine and poised and man we were just thankful for the blessing. Thank u for being human and overlooking beyond, especially in times like these. It is appreciated and a rarity. I only go to this Bob Evans, and now Im happy to see why.
When we arrived, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait to allow the one waitress to catch up even though there were plenty of tables available. After almost an hour I asked what was happening and was seated shortly thereafter. There was only one waitress and they could not find people who wanted to work. The food was good and it was a new Bob Evans Restaurant design.
We really like KJ. She is a wonderful waitress. She goes above and beyond to serve you food the way you like it. Even putting together a dish for you that is off the menu, or your old favorite that perhaps they no longer prepare the same. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance.
Third time giving them a second chance ‍. Food ALWAYS takes AT LEAST and hour. Order might not be right. Staff is oblivious to the frustration of the patrons. Food might be good, might not. Not worth the hassle at all. Unless you have God level patience, low standards, and 2hrs to kill.
Just sad. Waited 30 mins at a table, no service so we left. We went the only ones to leave. Looked like the dishwasher was taking orders. Came to Skyline instead & saw the other people who walked out. Man, I really wanted to try that Holey Cow desert!
I used to come here all the time and the food was always really good. The last few times I've been the food was just terrible. I will not be coming back.Food: 1/5
Service was awful. Waited 20 minutes before drink order was taken. Bathroom reeked of marijuana, as asst. manager was walking out. Embarrassing for Bob Evans. Will not return again. What a shame.
