If I could give them no stars I would! I am very disappointed in my experience here! Just ordered a super big boy with fries with a Vanilla Coke. Waited 30 mins for just that. They handed my order to someone else and he put his hands all over it. So they had to remake my order. For the wait they did give me a hot fudge Sunday, but it’s been an hour plus that I have been waiting for my food!! Also they gave the man that touched my food his order first and we ordered the same thing just no Cole slaw. So don’t you think they would give me the order they made before him? Also I have watched a family come in dine in and cash out before I have my food. Like I said I have waited over an hour and I still don’t have my food.

No stars!!!!! This is the absolute WORST Frisch's ever!!!!!  Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes for my food and it was not right!!! Breakfast was hard as a rock, bacon asked for soft and it was very brittle. Asked for warm biscuits and you could give someone a concussion if you hit them with it. What kind of management runs this place now? Seems like nobody is running it. Too many employees not to get it right and NOBODY is wearing GLOVES!!!! Absolutely disgusting this place!!! Health department needs to post up in there for a while!!!!

Loren is doing great things here at Covington Frischs. She is ALWAYS friendly and courteous to us and a pleasure to talk to. She has expressed her interest in advancement and We believe she will do well and go far. I’ve noticed some great changes from the quality of food all the way to the customer service in these past several weeks. I myself work in the industry and would like to congratulate the entire team on their hard efforts and improvement! Keep up the great work!!!

My fiance and I ate here at this location for lunch today and we had a very good lunch they had great service even with the bad weather our server Melissa was awesome, thank you for your service and for doing such a great job at this location the restaurant! I went to the Frisch's in Hartwell and waited 25 minutes for a big boy cheeseburger and fries and two hot fudge cakes. People in the back arguing at the cook they doing drive-thru orders before they waiting on the people inside the lobby. Worst experience I have ever had I will never go to any other Frisch's that is not Norwood.

When I pulled up to drive thru tye man working told me ill get to you when u can. No hi how are you. No nothing. Then it took 30 min to get a grilled cheese sandwich! I couldnt pull out of drive thru bc your trapped lol customer service could have been a lot better but the sandwich was good and at least it was warm.Food: 3/5

Our food wasn't correct but our waitress Deborah made sure we were taken care off! Where she been?  I hope she can see This...she was so funny and sociable

I wouldn't even give this Frisch's Big Boy a star if I could. The place was awful. The carpet was stained or mildew looking, the place was just about empty and there were dirty tables and a few still had dirty dishes on them, service was bad we ordered our food and I even pointed out on the menu what everyone wanted which all came with french fries it took over an hour to get our food, they were serving the people who were coming in to pick up food and making us wait. When we finally got our food there were no french fries on our plates just a big plate with only our burgers on it. So we had to wait for our French fries. Our French fries were hot and they did give us the French fries free but that shouldn't have even happened. We did not leave a tip.

I gave 1 star because the chili is amazing but I ordered a side salad it was shredded lettuce 2 cucumber and 2 tomato fries was not hot and the buddy boy came on a hamburger bun  Parking: Plenty of space
