11/18/2022 This was the worst service my family and I ever received at this Bob Evans. Tuttle road Got there around 5:05. Had to run down a waitress to gave our order to. The waitress that did wait on us was from another section. Waited almost an hour for our food. The manager told me that where we was seated that it was not commonly used. So that tells me that no waitress was assigned to that table, and the hostess should have had known this. The waitress that did wait on us did a good job.
My original review was obviously flagged. I can do this over and over. It’s fresh in my mind and I’ll never forget what your location put my family through. Their staff, by their attitude assumed I was lying about how my almost died on thanksgiving waiting for our food in which we were promptly on time for our non-existing curbside. They only offer puck up too btw. First mistake. Don’t ask for the car’s color if you aren’t bringing it out. Second mistake: people parking inside in the only spots assigned for online ordering. I was there an hour so I should know. Plus I watch all the pick up orders carrying their food to their cars parked a great distance from their designated spot. Shame on people eating in for that one. My mom has COPD. We have to plan trips according to the amount of oxygen she has for the ride since her portable device requires a standard house plug and our DC outlet does not work. They told us to wait 15 minutes and it would be ready. I waited as long as I could then her oxygen ran out and I had to go inside to let them know the dire situation. The person who I spoke to looked at me like I was lying. Her oxygen level reached 52 and by a miracle she didn’t go into organ failure. I had to hurry her home and plug her into a full tank each one only lasts an hour. Almost two hours later after our time we scheduled did we receive our order. Thank you to the person who didn’t fold the box properly on purpose I assume so the contents would later fall out into the ground….which I noticed so no, it didn’t, but I’m sure you probably hoped it did. That was my first and last time I’ll ever go to that Bob Evans location. Those people aren’t mature enough to work in that type of environment because they have ZERO customer service skills. They need to get some training done on how to treat customers better and not be so rude. If my mom would have gone into organ failure on thanksgiving day, I would have raised h*ll and someone would have a lawsuit on their hands. Believe me. For the $85 we paid I wish we got a refund because you ruined our thanksgiving.
The severs where nice to me and my party. We went on thanksgiving. The food there was cold and there was cor mixed with the Mac n cheese when we never ordered corn. My friend found egg shells in his egg as well. The atmosphere was peaceful.Food: 4/5
I'm soooo tired of this restaurant not being able to check their orders. Why should I be held accountable for them being stupid. My order is correct everytime, but they highlight the receipt like they have checked it and I get grief over it. PLEASE read someone's order and fill it correctly thats what we pay you for and it's what I pay for.its a simple task read an order and check it, why is this conversation even necessary????

Ordered a burger no lettuce no ketchup no mustard and it came with fries Ordered a bowl of chili to go with my meal burger was Luke warm fries cold it was disgusting so I canceled the burger and fries after they ask if I wanted it re made the manager was very understanding asked if they could make anything else I said nope I'm goodFood: 1/5

i placed an order for curbside pickup. when i arrived i called as instructed and was told someone would be out. After 20 minutes later 2 workers came out, played in each others hair for 30seconds and went back into the restaurant, still no curbside order. After waiting another 10 minutes, i went in to get my own order. explained to the girl at the front desk how long i had been waiting and was told to have a nice day. no explanation for the delay, nothing. Only to get the order home with items missing.
