It seems like Applebee's can really be hit or miss, but our bartender Megan was so great! She made the whole experience a night and day difference from what I've experienced at this restaurant before. Megan made sure to double check the patties on my meal were vegetarian and accommodated every guest's requests with speed and efficiency. The food came hot and fresh, and I really loved the impossible quesadilla burger, what a combo. Meanwhile, several large parties and to-go orders had come in towards closing time and she worked under pressure with a friendly attitude. After a long work day as an out-of-towner, if ever we're back in Springfield, we would come back because the bartender made it so great!  Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options, although pretty limited!

I came here with a big group for some half-off appetizers after 9pm, and the staff did a great job accommodating us. The food came out in a timely manner, and it was all done to our liking. Husband and I came in for dinner date on Memorial day. Our server was polite and very attentive. Food was good, some things needed a bit of salt added here and there, but overall was very good.

Server was nice,but had to make several trips due to incorrect items and food was disappointing. Ordered unsweetened tea and got sweetened. Ordered fried shrimp but replaced fries with broccoli. When plate arrived had 2 small pcs of broccoli and half a plate of fries as well. We also ordered 3 Cheese Chicken Penne. When it arrived it was coated in Alfredo sauce and if I was told that would have Ordered on side. Even my niece with me who loves Alfredo sauce said it was too much and that she wouldn't go back. I was shocked when I got the bill and felt for the price definately wont rush back or even suggest it to friends. I was really upset because we don't go out often and it was somewhere we hadn't been in a while.  Wheelchair accessibility: Nice parking right at front door.

My husband and i came into the restaurant during half time of super bowl. We ordered soda and mozzarella sticks. They were  yummy!! I ordered chicken broccoli alfredo on fettuccine.  Hubby ordered mushroom swiss burger and onion rings.  His looked delicious. Mine looked like my pasta was boiled in cold water and was undercooked. Al dente would be alot more cooked then these were. I spoke with our waitress Taylar. She was empathetic, and caring. She told us both that there had been multiple complaints about the pasta, and that she would see about getting our ticket 'reduced'. I asked for some extra alfredo sauce. It was brought to me a tad warmer than room temp. My bread stick was tough and chewy, broccoli was soggy, and the chicken, was just Bleh. For 17.99, i would think it would look, taste and be up to par. Hubbys burger was good, he said. Cooked great!  Tasted good. He was unable to enjoy his meal, because mine was not only an eye sore, but a insult to my taste buds. Taylar brought me the ticket,  47.00 with 8.00 off for the distasteful entree. We will not go back. I ate 2 tiny slivers of chicken and two pieces of broccoli. This location, N Glenstone, near walmart. I am sure they have good food there, i just didnt find it.

I purchased the all you can eat shrimp/ boneless wings/ riblets mix and match. Started off with the shrimp. Decent size portion,  fries are definitely good,  we'll seasoned but not overly salty. Shrimp was awesome.  Next round, I got the riblets. They tasted great,  but hundreds of little bones. Difficult to eat and the portion was scant with way too many fries. Next was garlic parmesan boneless wings. Very good,  but again,  scant portion with way too many fries. I don't want to fill my gut with all you can eat fries. Finished with last round of shrimp. I asked for no fries,  hoping to get a decent portion of shrimp.  Disappointed, still got fries and only 4 shrimp, oh well.  Server was really nice and attentive.

We were seated right away however the hostess never said anything to us just grabbed menus and walked off. Then one of the appetizer we ordered was  spinach artichoke dip and needless to say there was no artichoke tasted quite gross chips were a mix of either burnt or not fully cooked. Then when our meals came out the food was over cooked extremely salty and bread was rock hard! First time having a horrible experience at this place very disappointed I can't believe I had to pay for that.  Features: And they do not have any precautions in place that were noticed for prevention of covid no Mass no extra cleaning no safeguards just regular restaurant stuff

I Came To This Location Only One Time Before This And The Experience Was Better That Time.My Shrimp Wasn't Cooked The First Time It Came Out As You Can See In The First Photo I Told Them About It And They Asked Well Is The Chicken Cooked And I Responded And Said I Do Not Know I'm Not Eating Anything Off Of This Plate Being That The Shrimp Is Not Cooked Then The Guy Seemed Like He Was Aggravated Just By Looking At My Plate You Can See That It Wasnt Cooked My Waiter Didn't Get My Order Correct The First Time So I Had To Wait Longer For Another Meal The Service Was Very Slow It Really Didn't Even Feel Like They Cared To Serve Me & My Husband The Guy That Was At The Bar Noticed Everything That Was Going On And He Took Over Which I Am Thankful For But Everything Else Needs To Get Better

Somewhat boring lunch, but works for those counting calories like me. Enjoyed a chicken Caesar salad and my daughter had a quesadilla burger with fries no pic. Great service, great atmosphere, great food.  Wheelchair accessibility: Currently using handicapped parking and found several spots in front of the main entrance.  Dietary restrictions: Some choices for those counting calories or carbs. Caesar salad comes with croutons and a breadstick for those that care.

Had the Bourbon Swiss and Mushroom Burger with fries. Wifey had Shrimp Alfredo. This was our birthday lunch for each other. Got comp'ed a desert. When asked about military discount, my meal and only my meal was discounted. Both meals were good. Wife said her noodles were not cooked all the way and the broccoli too much. My burger was very good.
