Food and service was great. Servers worked with a smile and chatted up the customers. The cashier even gave me a few tips on other local eateries in the area. I will definitely be back here with my whole crew.

Poor customer service from start to finish. Needed to ask server for four table settings & utensils to eat. Then had to request that both soup & tea be reheated. Waitress forgot to serve biscuits w/our meal. It was a train wreck! Server did not forget to give us the bill. Bob Evans seems to be missing an important ingredient in Family dining. A helpful waitress would have been most welcome & appreciated. Retraining staff should be a priority - in order to maintain customer satisfaction.

Food was great. Server was unfriendly and somewhat condescending. Restaurant floors were so sticky. The bathroom was horrendous and appeared to not have been cleaned in a while.

This was a good experience here. We had a new server who took care of me and the kids. The food was good and served hot. The biscuits were great as usual.

Not as good as usual. Usually, I'd give it a 4 because it's usually good service and food. Today, not as much. Taking muy order properly was a problem Forgot my pancakes, my white toast was wheat, not that that was a problem and the tables weren't supplied properly. Bacon and pancakes were over cooked. Nothing major to not go back at this time, just hope it was a one time experience. I'll be back.
