Food is great when it's warm, I ordered take out for lunch. I work 5 minutes away. When i get back to work & separated the two orders 
half of it was missing!! Made a quick call. Whoever it was that answered 
the phone stated that management will make it right & offer a discount or
replace the food that was getting colder by the minute.. When i went back 
to the restaurant there was no manager? No Apology? No Discount? The Boy at the counter handed me a little container with my cold eggs & sausage & hash browns. He said here is the food you left behind? Really? When they took my $$$ & handed me a big paper bag & said enjoy & have a great day! I assumed i was all set... Disappointed!!!

I just left Bob Evans.  I took take out of turkey dinner.  While I was waiting a lady and a group that were with her waited and waited to be seated and was ignored then another group came in and was seated right away.  When I pointed this out to the host he just said "she should have come up to say more". He didn't even seem to care. Then when I got my meal I asked about the cranberry sauce and was told too bad they were out and it wasn't even a side.  No it is a part of the meal that I like.  I was offered more bread.  I didn't want more bread.  I wanted my meal and to not be talked down to.  I usually get better service but not today.

Horrible! Took 15 minutes for them just to take my order. No one would acknowledge me at my table so I had to go up to the counter and get my own coffee. And If do mean get my own coffee as in I grabbed the pot and poured it into my cup while to employees stood there with their backs to me after I asked them for coffee. They have just lost a customer for good here sorry to say. This is not a reflection on the other Bob Evans. I eat at the one on 28th Street  Cascade frequently and the service is excellent. If you're in the mood to be completely ignored I recommend this restaurant.

Lunch and dinner are good values. The pot roast is very good. Clean environment.

Everytime I come here I ask for BURNT hash browns. Now I'm not sure what else I have to say to get them to make them burnt but they have NEVER come out burnt. They come out soggy and undercooked. Only once have they taken them back to make them burnt. Nothing ever turns out when I go here and I will no longer be returning. Staff is always friendly but my food always sucks. I've included photos of my uncooked sausage and my "burnt" hash browns.
