Stacy was pleasant and kind. Fast but proficient. Asked me all the questions i needed to know. Had another lady ask if I would like help carrying my tray to a table. Food is good. Great coupons. Happy with this establishment!

Normally a great place, but disappointed tonight (Monday 12/18/2017 at 7:00pm). It was a simple order: Two Whoppers with no ketchup. The manager on duty handed me the bag (at the drive-thru window) stating: “Two Whoppers with no ketchup. Here you go.” We drove to the mall parking lot where I ate my two Whoppers. Both had ketchup (which affects my blood sugar). It looked like these were pre-made Whoppers with an attempt to scrape off the ketchup. There was no time to go back, so I just ate them and popped an extra pill. I don’t appreciate the shortcuts. To earn my future business, please respond with your corrective action as to how you are going to prevent this from happening again for me (and for anyone else). BK tells us we can have it our way, but that didn’t happen tonight. C’mon. You’re better than this...
Update (4/21/18): Still waiting for a response regarding your corrective action. Has this been fixed?

It's a much better choice than the McDonald's across the street. The service here is WAY quicker, and the Wifi is leaps and bounds better, as well.

Kid had a diaper blow out and they didnt have any changing tables. Brought it to their attention and the managers response was, "thats not my problem". 
30° out and i had to go to the car to change the poor kid.
