If you’re in need of a car I highly recommend you purchase it here! They making shopping for cars an enjoyable experience and don’t overprice there vehicles. I purchased my car from Steve Rice and he has one of the best personalities. Not only was he helpful and friendly, but he also did his research before I came in and offered me a phenomenal price for my car. Don’t visit any other dealership until you’ve talked with them first!

I bought my first brand new truck from Rodger almost two years ago now when I was 22. Other dealerships wouldn't even give me the time of day because of my age. Rodger was great to deal with and I got a great deal on my truck. Rodger still checks in from time to time just to make sure I'm still happy with my truck. The service department has been amazing as well. They'll give me a ride to work and pick me up at my convenience which is extremely helpful. They also went above and beyond when I developed a strange noise and completely replaced my exhaust system under warranty to try and set things right. Any other dealership would have chalked it up as me being picky since I could never get the noise to occur when the guys in service were riding along with me. Bob Grimm Chevrolet Sales and Service have taken extremely good care of me,

Steven is a great person to work with my experience was great. He kept my daughter busy when I had to do a few things and she enjoyed it. It was a smooth easy process from beginning to end. Compared to my other experience buying cars I highly recommend him. Thank you again for my new vehicle.

We had a service issue with a different local Chevy dealer who quoted us more than our car was worth and clearly wanted to just get us into a new car. Called The guys here at Grimm and walked away with my car in perfect condition and spent barely over 10% what the other guy was charging. Excellent, excellent service, and they do the work to make sure you’re in the best position you can be.

where do I start.  This vehicle has been a nightmare.  I have never had a vehicle in the shop that many times and on top of it nothing ever fixed.  I have not owned the car for even a year and had this in the shop more than 10 times for different stuff except alot of the times for poor fuel economy in a 2013 eco malibu.  which every time I get the same answer of nothing they can do.  Poor service.  I work 2 jobs so when I dropped off my car and wrote down to be picked up at 5 and spoke to the service advisor to make sure I get picked up at 5 and of course no one was there to pick me up.  I had to call them and have someone pick me up.  SO pretty much thanks to them I was late to my second job.  The worst overall of the whole dealership, very poor customer service.
