We drove, from an hour away, to take part in the Costco discount program. It was well worth the drive! We purchased a new 2018 Chevy Traverse High Country from Adam Tanner. The experience was flawless. He made sure that we understood the options, and walked us through everything. If you're looking for a new Chevy, then I would look no further than Uftring. If you want to put a cherry on top of the overall visit, make sure you ask for Adam Tanner. I'll be back in the fall for a new truck. It's nice to be treated with respect at a car dealer.

We recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse from Uftring Chevrolet in Washington, IL. Everyone we spoke with was courteous and helpful. The salesman we worked with was Lee Kerr and he was knowledgeable, was able to answer questions that we had and I left with my new car confident that I could use the options that were new to me without a problem. We were introduced to others at the dealership, even those we had no reason to work with on these visits. I will return to this dealership for my service needs and would not hesitate to recommend that others use them.

Normally at my age the last place I want to visit is a car dealer. This has all changed when I met and dealt with Adam Tanner at Uftring Chevy in Washington, IL. Adam created an atmosphere of comfort and trust, I have not been accustomed to receiving elsewhere. In fact, only stopped in to look and ended up with a Corvette. Doesn't get better then that. Along with Adam, Ken was most helpful. Now to test them out I went in for work and was greeted and treated well by Mike. So it just wasn't that one time when selling the car or a specific individual. Seems as if the people throughout the Uftring organization care about items beyond the sale. Great job and I appreciate your efforts. Ross and Carla Collins Morton, IL.

Just want to tell you that I had a great experience in purchasing my Chevy Eqinox . My sales rep. was “D” Edwards. I gave him my specs. And he arraigned for me to have two vehicles available After test driving both, I made arrangements to have my Pastor and his son, a technician at Uftring to assist me in my decision,being a novice at this activity. With the encouragement from “D” and his support the final process was accomplished without any problems.. Since it was later in the evening and I was exhausted, “D” encouraged me to return in am for final instructions. He was thorough and very patient in his instructions.If I have need to repeat this activity (hopefully not!) I will certainly contact him and will not hesitate in making referrals to him if the occasion arises.

I recently bought a car from Uftring and worked with Randy MacDonald. My husband and I could not be happier with our service from Randy! He came in on his day off to help us out, was attentive, and had answers to every question we had. He made the car buying and trade-in process easy!
