Hi,  I  found Bob Maxey Dealership to be one of the Best! Took my Ford 2010 Escape SUV in to be checked out. The Engine light kept coming on, then after a day or so,  it would go off. The Dealership kept it overnight. Found out, the Engine was fine! The Engine 'Filter' was very dirty and made the Engine Sensor light come on. New filter and my Vehicle again, drives like new! Though I am satisfied with the Jeep, I am a bit dissatisfied with the monthly payment. At the beginning body the day, I had clearly states that I needed a payment right around $350 per month. Mr. Derrick Johnson was very pleasant by the way. He really was. But, my request was pretty clear as to what I budget was. I had no car refusing to put more money in the old one and using it as a $1000 down payment. My buddy and I had been there all day. The salesman says this vehicle will FIT you best. I took the keys; test drove it. I said, "OK, I like it". Salesperson says, "I'm going to make a few phone calls and we will call you when we are ready. When we got the call, it was the end of the work day for the folks at Bob Maxey. They knew I needed a car badly, because I needed to get to work. My wife and I get there and we sign the first of several papers to close the deal. Then, the financial lady (who was nice) slips me the loan amount for the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude to sign. For a 2014? A whopping $458.84!! Come on guys! That's now what we discussed. The car is nice, but it doesn't have even a CD player, spare tire or sunroof. And, it's a 4-cylinder. I really feel I was taken advantage of by Bob Maxey because they KNEW I needed a vehicle in a major way. I strongly regret that I didn't really away from the table. The payment is clearly $100 over the budget. 

Respect the details of discussion. I said what we could financially handle as payment. But, obviously there was no regard to my request.

So, though I'm in this vehicle, I feel hoodwinked and bamboozled in this deal.

Great service, well kept, nice people. They're great sales people and will make sure you'll get into the vehicle that you're looking for. Would definitely recommend this dealership you a friend

Brought a 2014 300S.  Beautiful car very clean,  and at a great price.  Nice friendly staff and very comfortable environment.  They weren't pushy have me time to look around and even to come back.

It was perfect. The work was done properly I'm sure and I was treated with respect and courtesy. The wait wasn't too long either.
