Kristen Abbot is an amazing person here. Although I wasn't able to find pricing I liked, she gave me the best client experience. She kept me up to date upon all pricing before even pulling my credit and pulled many strings to attempt to give me the best price possible. If only Chevy had the pricing I was willing to settle with; I would of been overjoyed to sign a new lease with this dealership.

asked questions about my car the person I talked to couldn't respond with confidence and not only that. Once I got my car back my driver car seat was full of oil. I could understand if it wasn't covered but I made sure to put plastic on the seat before I took it in. The thermostat was left inside my car in the ash tray. When I wanted to take my car out because I no longer felt comfortable I was given the run around. I was told I would get a call back about picking up my car but I never got a call. The following day I called just after getting to work and I was told I would get a call back and that never happened.  At this point I lost trust in your dealership.  It just doesn't seem reasonable. I had thought about actually buying a car there but after this experience I will not. I had sent someone to pick up my car and they were told that they had to put my car back together.  It had gone in for overheating and were going to do a power flush. So what needed to be put together I'm not sure. I also feel that I was charged too much just for what was done to it. Initially mike said it would cost me 175 for the flush. Then it changed to 410.00 dollars. I was told my bill would be 1490 if they replaced the water pump and radiator. One thing for sure is I will never go back or recommend your place of business to anyone.

Jefferson Chevrolet Service Dept. is exceptional. The customer service is outstanding and the employees are very friendly. It is first come first served for oil changes and I was in and out of there quickly. It was well worth driving to downtown Detroit for a job well done.

Great customer service. I have been there a few times, for different reasons, and the kept me informed of progress and let me know the approximate amount of time before starting.  They are appreciated!

From the time I arrived to the short wait to getting my car looked at in service. It was all professional.  Comfortable waiting area with TV and coffee.
