We drove 4 hours to purchase our second vehicle from Bob Richards. We had a wonderful experience two years ago, and this time was even better, if that is even possible. Bob Richards Nissan provides a stress-free environment. They don't play the games that most dealerships do, and you can rest assured you're going to get the best price, with no gimmicks, at Bob Richards. I also highly recommend salesman Nick Vertucci. He truly cares for his customers. He worked hard to find the perfect car for us and really helped us with the entire process. We will be back in the future for sure! Bob Richards is worth the drive!!!

This is the best service team in the country - hands down.  Every time I take my car in, they make sure it's repaired right the first time.  They have gone above and beyond to help me this year.  I especially want to thank Kevin for his attention to the customer and their needs.  It is this excellent service that has made me a very loyal customer to Bob Richards North Augusta.

I give Bob Richards Nissan an A+++ on everything! MJ Rhoney was wonderful to work with. She is enthusiastic and friendly, but also down-to-earth. She was not pushy with me at all. In fact, she had the patience of a saint (I am extremely indecisive) and was honest about everything I asked her. Everyone else who I came into contact with at this dealership really did make me feel "at home." I've been trying to decide on a new vehicle for over a year now but I didn't fall in love with a car OR a dealership until I visited this one yesterday. I am so glad I chose this one! My only regret is that I didn't visit Bob Richards Nissan sooner!

Had the best car buying experience with David Harkins. He went above and beyond to help me leave in a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. I also look forward to doing more business with this company and David in the future. I had the most amazing experience with these guys... They make sure that you are taking care of and leave the lot satisfied. Everyone was knowledgeable of the inventory and had very uplifting spirits I definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of a new vehicle.
