One of the people who work here is without a doubt, the rudest most disrespectful, and verbally abusive person I've ever dealt with in a sales capacity in my entire life. During a phone conversation regarding my license plate, I attempted to gain some clarification as to what steps I need to take to get it as quickly as possible. This person immediately became belligerent, derogatory, and demeaning. This is a pure and classic example of how some people think that once they have already gotten your money that can easily afford to treat you like absolute garbage since you're no longer a customer.
