Had a flat tire. Called AAA and Bob's Auto Clinic responded promptly. Jake (I think that was his name) was very polite and quick. It was bitterly cold. He insisted that I stay inside the car. I would recommend them if you need roadside assistance.

Even though there is a lack of upkeep with the ineterior furniture/design they are very friendly, owner as well as staff, would recommend to anyone in need of assistance. Best of all if you have AAA they are a certified AAA company.

Great service! I needed a towing really late at night in the cold and most places were closed. Finally called these guys and a guy named John came picked me up. Waiting time was very accurate and the price they quoted was very fair. First 5 miles $70 flat + $4/mile. The guy was super friendly no nonsense and straight forward.  Highly recommended.

Horrible treatment of their customer in a towing job with driver Chris. i will never use them again as A Triple AAA member I expect more. I also got attitude from Bob who said he would take care of this but he seemed more upset with me, I reported to Triple AAA. Driver used foul language and threatened to remove me from the tow truck when I questioned him about his attitude towards me.
