I have lived above Bob's shop since the beginning of the year, but didn't have a car. I recently purchased a used one and have had him take a look at it 3 times now. The only thing better than Bob's service is the fact that I can nap upstairs while he works on it. The very first time he checked it out he actually offered to have me look at it with him so that I could learn some stuff about it, which I thought was pretty awesome of him. He is honest and knowledgeable and made me feel a lot more comfortable with my purchase. He has since changed my oil and rotated my tires, and most recently pinpointed the cause of a sound that I didn't like. He did that inexpensive repair and loosened up my clutch, and it feels as if I am driving a brand new car, I am more than pleased.
I am also surprised at how clean and maintained he is able to keep his shop with as many vehicles as I see going in and out of there. 
I will definitely recommend Bob to anyone needing work done.

Went to Bob's Auto Service to get a new thermostat. He fixed my Jetta up quickly and for a great price too! I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Bob's to anyone.

All I can say is amazing! Bob was extremely friendly and quick to get us into the shop. We thought we had a problem with the starter in our car and brought it in to get that fixed. Got a call back saying it could be that, but after cleaning our battery off the car was starting just fine.

He was awesome at explaining that we could call it good there, but also warned that it didn't necessarily mean the starter was all good. It saved us a ton of money for him to be up front with us, and we had our car fixed within 4 hours of bringing it in.

Was also extremely impressed with the quality of the shop and how clean it was. Have had good experiences elsewhere, but this was by far the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Will definitely be returning here for all future business.

Honest, very straight forward with pricing and timeline to expect. Very clean shop. quickly diagnosed issue we where having, it being a quick fix he only charged the diagnostic fee. with second vehicle he performed the repair and showed exactly what was done. Would recommend to anyone

Great place for diagnostic and oil changes. He is smart and honest, didn't seem interested in doing major repairs on our Volvo though.
